Week 34 Raining Blood This week I set out to write the ultimate rocker ballad. It is a story of girl in a mental institution and a runaway boy from the wrong side of the tracks. I tried to include as many rock ballad clichés as I could (and cracked myself up in the process). So raise your lighter and imagine yourself swaying along with other fans in a huge arena as you listen to this. LYRICS ©2003

UPDATE THE FRONT PAGE WITH THE NEW SONGS!!! It still lists "rave" as the last song you did. Had no idea these new ones were there!!

Thank you tiny-dog for bringing this oversight on the site to my attention. It has been corrected and currently shows "Raining Blood" as the latest song.

Posted by: kristine at September 29, 2003 11:11 AMHey,
I was directed to this site when i was searching for the song raining blood from a band called slayer.
I have to say..i was very moved by the whole vibe of the song. Nice stuff!!!!!
The production though has some problems...
The guitar wasnt well mixed into the song.
The rest of the tracks are very well done.
I am under the impression that this was done in an established recording studio..but the mixing let that belief down.
By the way there are already 2 famous songs that bear the same name as this song. One from slayer and one from Tori Amos that i havent heard.
Were you aware that either of these existed?
Anyways Cheers,
Anup
